  • Kmangsren, can Tony Jaa speak Khmer? Is he part Khmer? People give Tony Jaa Kuy identity but many Khmer surin fighters don't get Khmer identity. I think it is about time that Thailand allows multi-ethnic groups in Thailand to connect to their roots and proud to do so not feeling inferior about them.

  • he speak Thai,Issan/Lao,Koui and little KHmer

really race of him is "Koui"

all race are Human we have equal right

don't anybody curious about this our life in Thailand are Freedom we can do all culture

  • yo uare a fucking idiot. Khmer is not a religion. its an ethnic poeple call khmer. most people in cambodian are khmer, some are chinese, vietnamese or whatvr.

cambodian is a citizenship, but if you are khmer that mean you have khmer blood. like tony jaa who is khmer but born in thailand. and me who khmer but born in usa

u fuckin idiot. btw thai people came from china anyway and most of thailand really belong to khmer until the ladyboys stole it

  • Clear "Tony Jaa" is a 100% Khmer descent.

We found near the Angkor Wat Temple, that our "Ancestor Khmer Koy" managed and took part to set up the Temple of Angkor Wat.

  • Tony Jaa is Khmer sure. But born in modern-day Thailand. It's no secret, Thailand (Siam) took Khmer land over the years. Everybody knows this.

One thing, the guy says "Sii bai" (to eat), but to use the word "Sii" is not polite. It's a low level word that was used by lower castes of people in the past.

  • Steven Koy I found what you name means dawg!!

  • Kuy dialect is from the same family as Khmer language, Mon-Khmer.

  • I think Koui-Surin is just a dialect/slang of Khmer (Cambodian) Language, just like Chinese have many dialects. Another example is English Australia use G'DAY or "Good Day" means "hello"

    Cool video, thanks...

  • yes, tony jaa is Khmer because leonardo da vinci has carving figure tony jaa in to Angkor Wat 2,000 year ago.LoL

  • Well no one is forcing them to stay in Thailand. They are more then welcome to go and live in cambodia the khmer homeland. Oh wait.. they don't wan't to. You people are clowns. Forced to become Thai citizens lol seems everything belongs to khmer to you people, can't expect much from a people with no education.

  • It's simple people. Most of Thailand used to be Khmer lands; thus Khmer Surin and others and the people were taken over by the thai invaders. Of course, the thais forced those khmers to become thai citizens, but the they are still ethnically khmer -- they just have the superficial label Thai.

  • I lik this vdo

  • i am kui from surin province thailand i proud to be born kui

i thought kui people lived in surin province more than 300000
