I would love another 90/60/30 day challenge, I wasn't able to participate with the Bikini Body one, left for a trip just days before, came buck when the challenge was about 3 weeks in. I wasn't sure how to start. D:
Also, if you do host another challenge, do you think it'd be possible to set up a forum where people participating in the challenge can interact, exchange goals, states, tips, etc. and be workout buddies? I think that'd be really interesting and fun.

I'm currently doin a 30 day challenge started yesterday on my water fast. happy belated b-day. Question if i'm craving just for the taste of a certain food what would you recommend, should I just chew it then spit it out?

Hi Cassey, your workouts are wonderful and I'm just starting to get into cardio to get rid of fat. I was talking to a personal trainer about cardio and he said that cardio increases your heart beat but you should be able to carry on a conversation comfotably; anything above that is aerobic exercise and it's not burning fat but strengthening your heart. So I was wondering if I was getting the correct information. I'm so confused! haha

@randiclam you should find your target heart rate for fat burning and stay within that range. the whole talking while working out thing is too subjective.
