You can't pinpoint any flaws in my reason because I wrote two lines and five words. i was making a statement in general that if a group of people are uncivilized their uncivilized. Its not a generalization of anybody in particular. Everyone in terms of ethnic groups have this potential. I feel really bad about the people in Minneapolis and the somalian problem you are facing.
