The saddest part of the movie wasn't Optimus Prime dying, it's was Starscream getting killed by that twat Galvatron.

This dynamic between these twp character is part of what made the original series great.
As far as I'm concerned if this bickering relationship does not exist in one form or another in other Transformers stories, it just isn't complete.
