It aint gonna happen in any of those states. no way! New York doesnt allow ballot initiatives so it wont happen. Its not gonna pass in Idado or Wyoming or North Dakota or Missouri or Maryland or any of those states except maybe Massachusetts who might get to vote on it this year. None of the south is ever going to legalize marijuana even for medical use! New Jersey doesnt even have medical marijuana so that state shouldnt be listed cause its so strict.

People are just abusing the medical system anyway. Can we just skip all this and make weed legal. I had a dream, a dream where one day, all of us Ents can go into our local gas station or tobacco store and ask the clerk for a pack of joints. I had a dream, where we could walk on our college or high school campus and toke while reading. I had a dream, where we would not get prosecuted for smoking a plant. I had a dream, where we could smoke freely in this great country of ours. Stay tokin ents.

In my opinion, this issue should be handled on a federal level, not state by state. The Controlled Substances Act (CSA) lists Marijuana as a "Schedule I controlled substance" This "Prohibition" needs to be repealed permanently. Then, it should be handled by the Alcohol, Tobacco & Firearms (ATF) Division. Just as the repeal of the prohibition of alcohol. There is much more use for Marijuana than just medicinal. Hemp is a fast renewable resource for paper, rope and many more uses!
