Great, as long as it can be done in 3d max, soft I have - I feel relaxxxed. Can I animate a pic character in 3d max after I do what u suggested me?

You'll want to trace it with a spline, and then extrude it.

of course, you can use just about any 3d package with varying results depending on what you create. My favorite is Cinema 4D.
