Need to make your fights faster... it was too slow.... the choregraphy didn't look real and you guys didn't move at all.... when people fight they don't stay stationary with that... you also need to get yourself some sound fx for blocking and punching.
I like the transporter style ending and that shot near the dead guiy's arm as you walk out was cool. You need to have your camera move though... tripod shots are only good for certian shots.
Make lots of close ups as well.
