I love Liv Taylor (what a nice guy) - love James even more! However the only thing that puts me off Liv is that he looks just like Jeffery Archer - poor bloke!

@ejgiv Seems to me J.T. was a complete artist from the beginning. Great writer and singer. Virtuoso guitarist. I can't think of anybody, before or since, who compares well, especially in terms of talent. And I'm not particularly interested in his politics or sexual proclivities. I enjoy his music. For me he's the king of the singer-songwriters. He basically ushered in that whole genre. That's innovative enough for me.

James Taylor Innovative? Sorry, I don't see it. Someoone please tell me how James Taylor has developed musically in any way shape or form over the years. IMHO he was in the right place at the right time, doing drugs with the right people,spouting out the right leftist nonsense and nailing the right Jewish girls.

Liv is a great person. The love he shows towards JT, and many other things, speaks highly about who he is. A great person.

Livingston is also a great artist... Livingston came to the Wheaton College Chapel in 1987 and he was fantastic. James, however, makes my heart melt. I'm 44 years old, and took up guitar a few years ago, and I still suck. They make it look so easy!
