Amina's song and performance were incredible. One of the finest ever ESC entrants. Carola was decidedly average and that's that. France definitely should have won that year. So original.

1973, 1979, 1981, 1984, 1989, 1993, 1999, 2001 and 2002 were excitng voting procedures as well.
But I do agree that 1968, 1969, 1988, 1991, 1998 and 2003 were perhaps the most exciting votings in the history of Eurovision

With the new Eurovision Rules France would have won the contest, because France received 146 points from 18 countries. But Sweden 'only' received 146 points from 17 countries!
