@Abby6786 we just got a soy/rice/almond milk maker and the directions for RICE said no soaking was necessary. so just thought I would correct my last comment : )

@Abby6786 we soak about 8 hrs for most milk we make almond, soybean, rice etc

By the way your rice milk video is the BEST and well organized. Saw one where the person cooked the rice and for me that kills some of the nutrients.

We only eat organic Lunberg family rice here in CA. Is that short or long grain brown rice?

Why is rice milk bad for you????That's a new one..its rice and water...??? if you ever fed your baby the baby rice cereal it just has vitamins added to it..
