Roger Waters - Leaving Beirut 2006

The song gives a pretty thorough description, I'll leave Roger to explain.

Roger always says what we have in our minds, but haven't realized it up to the moment he starts to sing...

Great song, love the line about the texas education. When I read the programme at his last tour, I found it funny to read about a concert he did in an American city and one fan just stood there giving him the finger constantly after he sang it!

Absolute genius, of course! Roger Waters is the closest thing to God on earth. Although I have 14 yrs of TX education myself, I love the line about George's education. We all cheered the loudest when he sang that line at the Dallas show!!

Oh I don't know, he was really rude and ego centric towards his old band mates in his final days with Pink Floyd. But I love his Final Cut and the other anti-war music he has done. He kinda picked up were John Lennon left off.
