well the ratings of this game are 9.0 for pc while for consoles its pretty much lesser. On the pc its more a challenge cuz on ps3 you can just easly go through everything easly ;O

No it doesn't, there are many differences such as the party system, an actual story besides endlessly running around sending $5 a month, GOOD character customization, and many more.
