Of course people are still evolving! For example, when I hear a guy say something stupid - along the lines of what you just said, my brain absorbs this information and thus I decided you are an inferior human specimen and I would reject you and choose a more intelligent and educated man to reproduce with. Based on your inferiority my natural instinct would be to reject you by not having your idiot babies and thus end your genetic line.
