This is the Korean Toong-soh.
While watching your video I thought shakuhach looked quite similar to Toong-soh.
In the video, the man is introducing Toong-soh.
He says " This is an instrument called Toong-soh. It is not as often played as in the past. While Tae-guem is hold horizontally when one plays it, we hold Toong-soh vertically like this."
