@jafar90210 Yeah at the time, thats the beauty of the draft is all of the unlikely superstars that were drafted lower than the busts taken in the first round, or in this case with the first pick.

Daigle was a huge bust. As was Stefan.. But still, nothing tops Doug Wickenheiser :) Considering Denis Savard was taken after Wickenheiser :)

He was a disappointment but I bet anyone either way he would've went first overall, he was always good, just didn't enjoy playing hockey anymore, he just went downhill and I would've said to him have fun with it.
