@pedrinme Doyle II grew up with the Vaughan family and it was Stevie that referred Doyle II to Jimmie Vaughan when he was looking for a second guitarist to tour with the Fabulous Thunderbirds in 1988.

I always wondered when Doyle took a look @ his guitar and said,"Fuck it, I'm gonna string my guitar low E on the bottom and high E @ the top ! " Probably plays a large part of his unique sound.
