i wish every city would do what your city did! i hope that ay some point i can make this noticeable in my community, i know your video effected me, i never littered, but i am going to try and make my opion noticed. easy and no one gets harmed.

This is a Chain effect, once the plastic bags and bottles were made they can never be dispose naturally unless by heat. Even it is were to heat, it will cause air pollution, as they release toxic air once they are burnt Therefore I don't think there are any ways to solve the problem but we can only slow down the process before the Gobble Warming Destroys Everyone.
