If she wasn't so involved in Scientology, she may have had more of a career. And she broke her fathers heart by running away from the family. Really, to talk in 2008 about him when she is estranged from her mother and the rest of her family, and blew her father off, is a bit much.

Dude, you know what would be fuckin' crazy? If she played her father in a film where he was a character. The idea of casting a WOMAN to play her FATHER simply because of the similarity of her eyes is simultaneously fucking insane and genius and I would pay to see that. See Viv with a fake beard, receding hairline, and an affected voice, that would be weird and cool.

You obviously have a tin ear when it comes to accents (and facts) In "The Making of the Shining" when Jack is in the bathroom talking with her, she CLEARLY sounds British. Not Mary Poppins / Dick Van Dyke British but British for sure, NOT American.

Yes She did, is the matter of act check it out in the making of the shining, when she speaks with Jack Nickolson, it was totally american.

Uhhh NO she didn't. You can hear her accent clearly in 2001 at 5 years of age. It is also quite clearly heard in "The Making of the Shining" . She was raised and lived in England from the age of 1 until she move to LA at 40.

Please do not mistake me with a Scientology supporter. I have had my bad experiences with those bullshit artists as well. I'm just trying to help people understand that in my thirty five years worth of experience in knowing her father on a personal basis, it is quite understandable to me how she could have easilly been deeply traumatized and damaged throughout her upbringing with that demonic entity influencing her early life and meddling in her personal affairs. The fag was evil.
