Hello, and thank you for sharing this. I had a cyst removed from my back today so i will use your ideas to try and release the root cause and prevent it coming back. Hopefully it will also help the healing process. Thanks again!

sometimes I chant let it go let it go when I get a pimple or a cyst and it does leave me,without pressure or pain..thankyou Betsy for your experience.Wende
