SEAMUS is available for adoption through Friends of Homeless Animals, www.foha.org -- (703) 385-0224. Seamus here or Seamus McKitty, as one of the FOHA volunteers has nicknamed me. I was found as a stray on get this Irish Road. That and my carrot-top coloring likely inspired my luck o the Irish Name. And I sure am lucky to have made my way to FOHA. Its been a difficult road, to be sure the road has not always risen to meet me guess no one ever said the Irish Prayer for me before. See, I was found as a stray in a rural Virginia county, and I had an injury to my rear left leg an old fracture that didnt heal properly. I had icky ear mites setting up camp in my ears and a nasty, nasty cold. After living on the streets, I had yuckies in my belly I was a mess. Now Im clean and ick-free. I still limp a little bit, but it doesnt slow me down from playing with my kitty friends. See, here at FOHA, we live together in a communal cattery. No spending my days in a cold, steel cage. At FOHA, we have a couch where we can laze the day away with friends, snuggly beds where we can nap. All I need now is a warm lap where I can cuddle purr-manently a home of my own with a loving family of my own. I ABSOLUTELY love attention, belly rubs, and will purr incredibly loud so that you can be sure I'm happy!! It's high time I found my furr-ever home, and I'm hoping it will be with you. Now that would be the luck of the Irish for sure! Please make it my lucky day -- you'll find yourself with a pot of gold too -- orange gold, me -- Seamus!!
