actually its quite confusing.
In the first set of SSTB comics it shows the priest killing him. But in the second set it shows him killing himself by accidentally driving into a river.

To clear everything up about this song...

Patrick Ewing was being chased by an Onstantine Priest after witnessing the dead of Josephine. He doesn't have bad luck, he witnessed a murder and needed to be executed. Running you down...In the comic he says "I'M RUNNING YOU DOWN MOTHER F*CKER. " But the onstantine dodge the car and he drove into the river. This was in the very back of the SSTB paper trade back novel.
