@favanime1usaki well u could carry some weights 4 ur arm strength n just twist the dumbell wif ur wrist) to train ur wrist strength... or u could just borrow d strength from ur leg/ stomach/ arm n channel it through ur wrist... :D

it's jus nice, i'm looking for a better badminton videos, like tis! ^^ Thanks for uploading. Hope tat I would improve. But how could I train my wrist strength ? I do have arm strength , but my wrist is really weak. =D pls ans.. :)
