  • ..around and around we go.. you can say what you want. Unfortunately there are many experts who would say youre wrong, and support their claim with documentation.. Ive listed several.

Unless you are using some unique definition of "Federal income tax" you are wrong. The Fed has nothing to do with it.

  • @RetSquid I guess I have to be more clear. The Treasury has nothing to do with issuing the FRN's, as they did with U.S. Notes. U.S. Notes were issued by the Treasury with no interest. Now the Federal Reserve (Private Banks) issue their FRN's with interest, which is part of the Federal income tax, which benefits private bankers. You are for small government, apparently, you should be against the central banking system, and listen to our Founding Fathers, and the more recent politicians I listed.

  • @caliNYCdoja

The Bureau of Printing and Engraving IS part of the Treasury. And your arguments STILL don't have anything to do with the income tax.

  • @caliNYCdoja [cont.].. the Bureau of Printing.. prints and the Federal Reserve issues the FRN's with interest that the U.S. is responsible for.

  • @RetSquid You show your colors on this one. You have refuted nothing Ive sent you, youve either been wrong or ignore it. Also you cant comprehend a simple sentence, and your question absolutely baffles me:

"SO, you are changing your claim from "the treasury doesn't print the bills" to 'the Treasury does print the bills, just not U.S. notes"?

-HUH?!? Its the EXACT opposite, the Treasury USED to print and ISSUE U.S. Notes without interest. Now..[cont.]

Youre retired, bored, and like to argue

  • @caliNYCdoja

Nope, no spin, just the truth. That's why you can't win.

SO, you are changing your claim from "the treasury doesn't print the bills" to 'the Treasury does print the bills, just not U.S. notes"?

FRNs have replaced U.S. notes, both of which are/were printed by the Treasury.

  • @RetSquid "You have yet to provide ANY actual proof."

-Nice spin.. Ive given you plenty of stuff to read, from economics professors, to congressmen.

"Bureau of Printing and Engraving, prints all of the bills."

-HA, I told you this.. remember? It has NOTHING to do with the Treasury, as you seem to forget my PM, so ill repeat myself.. again:

"[Federal Reserve Notes] have replaced United States Notes, which were once issued by the Treasury Department."

    -Remember?

  • @caliNYCdoja

You have yet to provide ANY actual proof. The Treasury, specifically the Bureau of Printing and Engraving, prints all of the bills.
