I rate this place a 3.5 out of 5. I really like the fact that they have all their seafood out front in the store (live lobsters too!) and that they go to the market every day.

The place is tiny. The only reason I went to this restaurant was because of the good reviews on yelp; otherwise I wouldn't have known about it just by looking at the store from the outside! You walk in through the store to a room where you are seated.

They give you complimentary bread and butter before your appetizer is served. We had fried calamari as our appetizer. Personally, I like my calamari with a thicker crunchy crust, but I still appreciated the light breading on their calamari and it tasted delicious...but I wouldn't say it was much better than other restaurants that serve calamari.

We also got a little soup bowl with cute little oyster crackers to go along with it. My boyfriend got the new England clam chowder and I got clam chowder Manhattan-style. Both were savory but I found mine to be a bit too salty. I needed to drink water with it.

For our entrees, my boyfriend got the stuffed salmon with rice and veggies and I got the shrimp and lobster tail francaise over linguine. I thought both were decent. Unfortunately, I wasn't impressed though. I've had better seafood. I should say though, that we were both satisfied and that my boyfriend thoroughly enjoyed his dish. :) The reason why I was not impressed was because the lobster tails were a bit chewy! :( I've had a good share of lobster so far in my life (have yet to experience more) so I've had lobster that were cooked perfectly, juicy, tender, and succulent! These lobster tails unfortunately were not...BUT! I was still satisfied with the dish as they did not skimp, the linguine was cooked well, and the butter/lemon sauce was yummy! But then again, it was around $24, so I would hope they would not skimp.

The waitress was nice and was very knowledgeable.
