@soliver9988 Actually Mark did do "some" of the singing, it was highly edited and the scenes where he was singing are few and far between.

indeed. it is funny to see just how many people think it is actually mark wahlberg singing. the day i saw the movie when it first came out i looked it up and searched everything i could about the movie. the day Rockstar came out was also the first day i got really big into Steelhart. i had heard them before, but didnt get too into them until hearing them again in the movie.

What I like from this movie is the final part... Like the real life, the heavy metal and glam rock became monotonous and boring by the money and fame while the grunge and alternative rock emerge frome the street bars as the new and last great rock styles.
