Can't be cured. Lamin deficiency causes the nucleolus to provide insufficient protection for these kid's DNA. It can't be fixed, they will unfortunately die by their early 20s :(

My idea is that a pathogen leader left behind by infective disease messes with the body chemistry. IL-2 and IL-4 will CURE this.

@area51800 infections get cleared, but leave behind genome which causes human disease. If the immune system is stimulated to clear such genome, the disease is cured. Read my text blog - address on my profile
