@DjReano You know nothing about healthcare in America. If you go to a hospital in America, you GET TREATED. The only question is who is then going to pay for the treatment. I think that it's wrong for me to get health care and then demand that my neighbors pay for it - at gunpoint (since government laws are enforced with guns). Apparently that's just fine with you.

I've been following this issue in Australia. That's why I'm glad I live in Australia because everyone can get medical attention even if you can't afford treatment in America they just let you die. My parents are from the USA they've lived part of their life here in Australia and they comment on how lucky Australians are as we have the best healthcare system in the world of course we pay for this with higher taxes but its money well spent I think anyway.

Yes we can. It is the most wonderful time of the year.
Obama has shown such leadership and so had Nancy Pelosi in passing Healthcare Reform. It surely is historic.
Democrats have been the Party of doing:
1) 1935 Social Security Bill (F Roosevelt(D))
2) 1964 Civil Rights Bill (L. Johnson (D))
3) 1965 Medicare Bill (L. Johnson(D))
1995 We should have had Health Reform (under Clinton)
It took at further 15 years to get
(4) 2010 Healthcare Reform Bill (B.Obama (D))
