  • Anybody have video of the Saturday Night Live performance of Scary Monsters? It might have been during the Earthling tour since he had orange hair. Emphasis on the "monsters" I guess - he had on all black and a cape or something with a real high collar; looked like a vampire.

  • I have this video. Unfortunately, NBC copyright guys are rabid and I am unable to upload this. if you message me, I can upload it to a file server and send it to you possibly...

  • I have the MP3 file of this from the same show. Would you like it so you can have better sound? regards

  • that would be amazing, actually. i've been trying to find a sound-only bootleg so i could do that.

  • @Hotelmotelkfc Are we watching the same video? Some of the 90s industrial-lite song treatments might seem a little dated, but I see a very vitalized Bowie here. If this was such a 'low' why would Trent agree to work on those Earthling tracks after this tour? They both look back fondly on this period in interviews, so I doubt they'd agree with your assessment.

  • This was such a low for both David & Trent. Sad to say it never worked. And they knew it

  • Sing it Bowie

  • Is there some place I can buy this?

  • this is my favorite live version of this song!

  • the seed of a lot of NIN songs is in this song.

  • Anybody know where there's a version of this that's actually enjoyable??

  • @mikepowell2006 Dude, if you still exist 'round these parts, I would maybe possibly give my left nut for those MP3s.

  • Bowie and NIN = WIN

  • i cry my heart out ....i missed this gig .....loved how nin boosted this old epic song
