I have had a d10 for almost two years and mine is still amazing! The quality of the photos and video is really good, in my opinion definitely worth it :D

Did you convert this video in order to upload it? because .MOV format is not compatible with youtube.

mine is a nightmare, what happened to my canon poweshotD10 underwater camera? in less than 6 months it is experiencing defects, it will not open anymore, I have to return it back to where my sis bought it. I had high expectation on this camera to be durable and to my dismay, aaarrrggghhhh....

@timtrent I had that too when i turn the camera on. But it still works fine
Well, now it's working again. Strange - no more lens errors.

UPDATE: After a long period of non-use, the camera has died with the notorious "Lens Error-Restart Camera" Apparently about 10,000 other folks are having the same problem with this and other Canon cameras. It was good while it lasted but hardly a worthwhile investment. For many, this error occurs right out of the box. I would read this page if you are considering a canon camera. e18.bitnet.cx/comments.php

Well, Got back from my cruise and have about 6 hours of video footage to edit. I love this camera more than ever!! The still shots are perfect. The ones I took at the dolphin swim so far back, but I was able to crop closeups that still look perfect. Even the ones in low light turned out good. I dropped it a couple times in the Dunns river falls (once on a rock) and it still works great. Love it! I would definitely select this camera again.
