Time that we measure with clocks is a numerical order of change of a timeless universe. Quantum space is timeless in a sense that time is not 4th dimension of quantum space. Timeless quantum space is build up from the fundamental packets of energy called "quanta of space". Gravity does not travel with a light speed between stellar objects, gravity acts on stellar objects via quantum space. Gravity is the result of the curvature of quantum apace. Curvature of quantum space is defined by its density which depends on amount of mass in a given volume of quantum space; presence of mass diminishes density of space and increases its curvature. Density of quantum space causes "gravitational motion" of an object into direction of lower density of space. Stellar objects are acting gravitationally between themselves indirectly by making quantum space less dense and more curved.

  • eternity is now :)

  • @iamegrant

When I was 20 I knew intuitively that time is not part of space. It took me 32 years to understand rationally that according to mathematical formalism X4 = ict time is numerical order of photon motion in 4D space.

  • How can the Universe be timeless? When we have time dilation that can be measured, I agree we only have the moment now, but consciousness could be the most advanced part of a universal process of continuous change continuous creation part of the continuum of time.

  • @nickharvey7

"time dilatation" means only speed of material change slow down

  • If Einsteins theory is right then would it not follow that the Greek Antiquity philosophy of Eternalism would be the best way to describe our situation? Einstein used the term Frozen Block Universe. past/present and future came into existence all at once. Not Causal Determinism because the future already exists. We only experience it in a linear fashion. Perceiving our 3D universe from the 4th Dimension you would be able to "see" this.

  • "There is no material change if time doesn't pass" this is not true.

The material change is a result of the constant expansion of space it is the decay of matter so to speak. It maybe observed as time, however the illusion of time is the affect from not the cause of. Without the existence of mass relativity would be impossible to observe hence time would never be percieved. Time is simply the measurement for the rate of change.

  • @TimeEinstein can you restate this without using the term "slow" (which is a word that describes time). describe how time dilation works without using references to time.

  • There is no material change if time doesn't pass. Only if time is a physical quantity there can be motion and thus material change. That is logical and in accordance with physical laws! Go educate yourself.

  • Our experience of time is a product of the Evolution (this word is obviously related to a process in time, but bear with me) as metabolic being in a universe where one of its dimensions is entropically asymmetrical.

We are little flames with consciousness and heredity. That determines our temporal notions.

TimeEinstein, thank you for your video response. Consider adding this one too.

  • I am not a scientist, but from 5 minutes to the end of your video, I totally agree with what you are saying

  • @TimeEinstein @VELOCITYangus i think time is experienced by any material object, be it an observer, or not, we humans think we are aware of it, but it happens to everything, everywhere inside this universe, except possibly inside a black hole, i'm not sure about that one :)

  • Yes only the moment of now exists! But I believe time also exists as a process. Put in a very simple way we are particles only in the moment of now formed by Photon electron couplings and waves forming the process of time (wave particle duality). You are right time has a numerical order but is it not a physical process photon by photon?
