Produced by Jaguar in collaboration with Tom Walkinshaw Racing as Jaguar Sport. TWR developed a further six (6) XJ220S, built in carbon composite and with a higher state of tune at 680 bhp (507 kW; 689 PS). These were essentially road-going versions of the XJ220C racer.

A total of 281 regular road-cars (XJ220) were made The car was produced in a purpose-built factory at Bloxham near Banbury, England

@Archaosthegemfish Its a XJ220S, they made hundreds of XJ220's people but the S model was a VERY special edition where only 5 were made... Every car has an upmodel... Civic SI, Celica GT-S, Bugatti Veyron SS... its just a better version

@GreyGhost881 I agree that he should use it as much as possible. But for god's sake take it to some B-roads. Rev that engine, HAVE FUN with the car! Going around city with a car like that IS NOT fun, it's a pain in the ass and a bitch to drive.

@Shark00n1337 He may aswell keep it locked up then so no-one can see it. I think a road car should be driven as much as poss. I bet theres plenty of XJ220's that never see the light of day. I say good on him. If he can afford the car, then a new clutch every now and again won't hurt him.

@MountMyPlatypus well it depends on the Officer and the Region you are in, over here and in some neighboring cities that would have been an instant ticket, fight it in court but it is a hassle better to just wait for it to be clear, no disrespect to you or the Driver of the fine Vehicle above

@TheAmerind he wasn't impeding the pedestrians movement or putting them in any danger whatsoever. even if a police offider was in the car behind him, he wouldn't get a ticket.
