HARPER WOODS, MI ERUPTS: RAW SEWAGE FROM MAYOR POYNTER

Geysers of filthy water erupt spontaneously from the Earth, floods the sleepy Detroit suburb of Harper Woods and flushing the entire city into Lake St. Clair. One theory is the flood of raw sewage spewing from the city's mayor and city council, 14 years of excuses and blame-laying for driving out half the city's population and driving Harper Woods $3,000,000 in debt while raising taxes higher than allowable by Michigan law. Mayor Poynter's solution:"RAISE TAXES MORE!"
