He was missing that tooth for several years. He didn't replace it until sometime after the first CH album. Though he is my favorite artist of all time, I am not so obsessive that I can tell you exactly when and where....

This is fantastic! I've been watching it over and over. I watched Fire Drill, too, but do you have the rest of the concert? If so, do you plan to put the rest of it up? It would be very much appreciated by someone who did not have MTV when this aired.

You are not the first person to ask me this! I do have the concert in its entirety. Our PC that has the video transfer software has been down for months, and I can't do it on my Mac. I would LOVE to post the rest of the concert for everyone to enjoy. I just hope everyone can wait a little longer!
