Nairobi Council of Delegates 2009 - Daily video bulletin no.5

Monday, 23 November launched the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement's Council of Delegates in Nairobi, Kenya.

These meetings bring together around 1,000 Red Cross Red Crescent leaders from around the world to discuss today's most pressing humanitarian concerns.

Today featured the start of the Council of Delegates, the passing of four key Movement-wide policies and an opportunity to spotlight Red Cross Red Crescent youth.
