In May 2010, Israel joined the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) despite many international protests and opposition to its accession. where did you get 11 million people? There are 7.6 million Israelis who pay taxes and receive services from Israel.

There are Palestinians in the west bank and gaza strip, but they do not have Israeli citizenship, they do not pay taxes or receive benefits. They do not look at Israel for their life line but the west bank palestinians look for the Palestinian Authority while the Gazans look for Hamas.
