Atomic Bomb on Hiroshima

Enola gay, you should have stayed at home yesterday
Aha words can't describe the feeling and the way you lied

These games you play, they're gonna end it more than tears someday
Aha enola gay, it shouldn't ever have to end this way

It's 8:15, and that's the time that it's always been
We got your message on the radio, conditions normal and you're coming home

Enola gay, is mother proud of little boy today
Aha this kiss you give, it's never ever gonna fade away

Enola gay, it shouldn't ever have to end this way
Aha enola gay, it shouldn't fade in our dreams away

It's 8:15, and that's the time that it's always been
We got your message on the radio, conditions normal and you're coming home

Enola gay, is mother proud of little boy today
Aha this kiss you give, it's never ever gonna fade away

---
If the radiance of a thousand suns
Were to burst at once into the sky
That would be like the splendor of the Mighty one...

I am become Death,
The shatterer of Worlds.

  • This soundtrack.. is extremely unfitting for the seriousness of the video, especially your last message. It makes me unsure how to react to it.

This song was made from this. Enola Gay is the song, and the plane that dropped the bomb "little boy" is also called Enola Gay.

  • Such is not true. Atomic bombs have been used several times for different purposes tests. Even once in the stratosfere in what is considered the safe zone, filling it with deadly radiation, and your mother earth took care of cleaning it. I wont even talk about the other tests... this is just for the record...

  • wow do either of you happen to go to mayfield? we're doing a project where we decide if oppenheimer should be found guilty of manslaughter for this very project or not

  • Good video. The bomb came down on a parachute to give the plane dropping it time to get away, rather than just falling as shown.

While what happened to the Japanese was terrible, we can't blame Oppenheimer, or any of the other scientists, and they have no reason to feel regret. The bomb would be developed eventually anyway, and by regimes who would use it aggressively if we didn't have them too. The bomb hasn't been used since 1945, and we've seen one of the longest periods of peace in history.

  • Kind of depressing, but still nice job on the video. 5/5.
