  • That guy should have found out who that bastard was that threatened his wife with rape and paid him a visit with a 12 gauge.

  • ok the creepy guy shouldn't have said raped. but nowadays people use that once taboo term so loosely, it could mean anything. debt collectors wrk on comission, but i highly doubt that a guy would go to her house and rape her just cuz she didn't pay them money, unless he was a perv. then again there are some kooks out there so it isn't absolutely unlikely. O_o

  • @88ragtime I don t know if u can go that extreme. However, I believe something needs to be done.

  • @eminem123X yyyyeah... it used to be like "YAY! i'ma be older and have fun!" now its "YAY! i'm gonna be older and wither away drowning in bills for shit i never needed in the first place!" welcome to RL :/

  • This is crazy!

  • I believe a person should pay their debt but that collector who did that diserves to go to hell!

  • Ah yes from the big bad credit card companies to the big bad debt collectors. How predictable.

To his credit, Hansen said it right by pointing out consumers could avoid getting into these situations by paying their bills on time, or at least paying their debts when collectors call. People need to accept responsibility for their commitments.

  • @88ragtime I bet this was edited. The call probably went something like this " You ever been raped, yeah thats how we feel because you spent our money and dont want to pay us back"

  • The reason why the debt collectors do it is because the prosecutors don"t want to spend the time prosecuting these cases because they have concluded that a case such as this can not make any money
