Do heaven and hell really exist? Are there alternate realities? Are reported near-death experiences actually a glimpse into another world? Inspired by the works of Japanese manga master Junji Ito, Long Dream explores these questions in a tale of experiences and perceptions, dreams and reality.

Leon (Jerry Chen) is hospitalised with a rare sleeping condition -- sleep is taking over his life. As the amount of time he spends sleeping extends from weeks to months, the distinction between dream and reality becomes blurred. Confusing his dreams with reality -- Leon desperately searches for the real world.

本故事導演用夢來重新解釋這些超自然現象，故事中的男主角做了一場很長的夢，他被困在現實與夢境之間...有時夢境竟然還比現實人生來的真實?
