Your mobo chipset isn't correct for that cpu. Z68 will work after a bios update, but you do not get a lot of the goodies that come with your ivybridge cpu. You should return this one and get a Z77 mobo. If you would like some advice on which to get feel free to PM me on youtube or reddit.

from my tom's hardware account:
Looks like your CPU fan is connected to the system fan header instead of the cpu fan header up the top of the mobo. try changing it and plug it into the port on the motherboard called CPU_FAN. If the fan does not spin after a few seconds switch it off, let me know how that goes
