This video is a tribute to two different teams of servicemen who suffered serious casualties in two different incidents 4 years and continents apart. The first incident was a USMC recon insertion near DaNang, Vietnam in which nearly the entire recon team was wiped out along with most of the crew of the helicopter that was transporting them. The second was the loss of an entire USCG search and rescue team when a fire in their aircraft caused them to crash at sea. My best friend was a survivor of the Vietnam action, and my brother's best friend and fellow Coast Guard serviceman was one of the casualties of the USCG crash.
Special note: The lyrics accompanying the final playing of "Taps" were written by John Wayne. I chose them rather than the original lyrics, because I felt they more closely conveyed the meaning of the video.
Correction: My brother's rank was actually AM3 and not AT2 as mentioned in the video.
Great video. Although few know it, the coast guard and marine corps have a long history of serving together during war. I'm currently in the USCG and train with marines in Camp Lejeuene to prepare for our middle east deployments. Semper Fidelis and Semper Paratus!

@NCsqrlkiller Thanks for your comment! I've had relatives and friends in both...my cousin and my best friend both served in the Marines (Korea and Vietnam respectively), and my brother served in the Coast Guard!
