those are merely common carp with color. if anything, those could be koi that have gone back in the evolutionary chain back into common carp. look at the mouth shape and everything. those are not koi. the fact that they have been kept in a tank like that negatively reinforces their evolution. ask any hobbyist and they will tell you the same.

I do not know how old they are.
It is not my fish. the fish you see is from a dealer and is about 75 cm. long.
The biggest fish I have is about. 70 cm. and around. 15 years old.
