Broadcasting legend and pioneer Paul Harvey passed away Saturday March 1 at a hospital in Arizona.
For more than seven decades, Harvey's voice was welcomed into American homes and businesses. As America's oldest radio personality, Harvey was heard on more than 1,200 radio stations. He was best known for his news and commentary and a feature called "The Rest of the Story."
Harvey's wife and longtime producer, Lynne, passed away just last year. Their son credits the two of them with creating what became modern radio and TV news.
Harvey was 90 years old.
