We have taxiways there now. I always manage to touch down 89084 and they ask me to exit Runway 19 at taxiway D but I always have to use E 'cause I can't stop in time. :)

I see the landings all the time, im a resident here in the city of el monte ca. i drive on lower azusa rd all the time. they fly right over you as you cross the bridge. Its awesome to finally see what it looks like from the plane down, Good Job!

is that a noise abatement procedure? Secondly, is the only runway direction that is operational 19?

As I know, there is no noise abatement procedure on the arrival end of Rwy 19. I think a modified straight-in is something regarding safety rather than noise abatement, as a buffer to avoid aircraft turning final from base leg.
Rwy 19 is not the only operational runway, sometimes they would use Rwy 1, but very occasional due to wind.

Such a quiet engine! Interesting how the propellor appears to stop, go backward, etc.- a video quirk. He flew over my home; I waved, but no one waved back! ja ja
