double pedal technique

I am not very good at doule pedal i have seen people use double stroke but i am not sure how to do that please tell me what i am doing wrong and be spicific please comment and respond
And please I want all of the comments to be helpfull otherwise i will delete them.
For example: someone said as their comment "horrible" well that is not helpfull.

I should re do the ivideo because I found a better set and i set a custom set for it its a standard DM5 module but i did get an acoustic set last christmas.

nice pratice man try doing on the right foot bass bass and the same on the left and get faster as u pratice then it will sound better good job.

I know youve probly heard this loads but slow it down to about 150 - 160 bpm and get that perfect and consistent. one you have that after a month or so keep knocking the metronome up by 5 or 10 bpm for a month at a time and you will be surprised at how quickly you can get to 200 bpm plus with great definition and dexterity.

lol first of all DONT MAKE ANY FUCKING EXCUSES TO WHY U SUCK....if u admit that u suck ppl will show sympathy..and secondly...u need to take it slowly...i got my double bass pedals around 7 months ago...iron cobras...and trust me XD it takes a hell more time than 7 months to get good at em....and an advice...buy wood beaters..they are good for piece of shit rubber electric drum sets..

i agree with drummerahead15. just one more thing though; don't forget to count. counting out loud will help you keep time till you get the beat down perfect.

Many people have said this and I would agree.... Sounds to me if your straining alot and theres no clean strokes. Start off slow and you may think its boring and you can do it but you need to develope the costant motion and muscles in your legs. Then with slow single strokes incorperate it into a drum pattern. And then when you feel confident move onto faster speeds but dont dramatically increase your speed. Baby steps dude.. and let your leg muscles devlope for each speed. :)
