Series Summary:
Padudu is a young girl who travels to Sweetland, from her own land, Sea Heaven. Once there, she competes with many others, in ranging from winning simple contests to fights. These earn them 'Hanamaru', which are simple designs from a stamp, and when enough are collected, the girl will get the right to become a Magical girl on earth.

wow. i remember this one from way back. so funny. i should check it out again.
when you say the anime, did you think the girl in the bunny outfit was like a playboy bunny intraining or anything? i don't know why but me and my friends would call that character "miss playboy bunny in training". i think it was cause that was the only thing we could remember from it.
