The EASIEST? I though that was the electric water dude , but with this guy rubble kept shooting the TROLLS instead of HIM

well they are.Although I suppose the difficulty depends on how many minions you were willing to let die, for those of you who put that number very high, it was probably quite easy.

It's really just not fair, I get less points for overlord 2 even though it's a more difficult game, not that it really matters, achievement are meaningless anyway.

are the boss battles replayable like the mission areas themselves are? Because I still need the co-op achievements and I would like not to have to play the game all the way through with a second person...

Yes. Kameo is actual an easy game expecially with the videos and walkthroughs that are available.
