It's a messed up major tray. Balfour should be in it. O' Connors come with a hysto tray. She pulled that retractor tray.

@Knyiko i couldnt see what alot were, but u had some hemostats, adsons, babcocks, kochers, bandage scissors and just a basic set. surg techs know what every instrument is basically.

I like now I want to know the names of all those instruments
