Video of this Irish singer, with pictures of Ireland and two pictures of my city: Gijón (In the north of Spain) Enjoy it :)
Irish:
Sioscadh na farraige, go fuinniúil slán
Ag plé rúindiamhracha le glór na Teiscinne
Fonn na mara a' comhcheol le fonn thú a fheiceáil
Ceol binn mo mhian, a ghlór thar sáile
Thar bhruach toinne ar ghaineamh mín
Cloisim do ghlór thar sháile na mblianta
Ag rá gurb é do mhian a theacht go dtí m'oileán
'Spáin dom na hoileán, 'spáin dom mo dhaoine
Tá draíocht do mo tharraingt go dtí ríochta osnádúrtha
Fáilte romhat, a ghlór thar sáile, tá an bád ar tí seoladh
Oscail do mheabhair más mian leat fanacht
Is leatsa ar fad an áit seo, Oileán na Teiscinne
English:
Murmur of the sea in a lively exchange
On matters sacred to the Grand Ocean
Sound of the waves, harmonies to my desire to see you
Sweet music of my yearning for you, voice from beyond
By wave edge on silky sand
Your voice I hear beyond the salty years
Saying you wish to visit my island
Show me the isles, show me my people
A spell draws me to the reaches beyond my ken
Welcome, voice from beyond, the boat is ready to sail
Open your mind if you wish to stay
This place is all yours, the Isle of Teiscinn

Teiscinn means open sea, high sea in Irish. It is a typically Connemara word.
