It's Halloween with the Nelson's and Ricky is excited about his costume. Ozzie and next door neighbor Thorny (Don Defore) believe that they can do a better job of planning a Halloween party than their wives have done in the past. Their plan includes a few new rules and some bizarre costumes.

@GJNCA I know about Ozzie's band leader days but didn't know about his rapid rise to Eagle Scout. Now he does have a Boy Scout look about him, lol. Thanks for the surprises today! -Michael

@GJNCA I've read that Ozzie ran the show but I didn't know he was an attorney. Funny because the occupation of his character on the show is never revealed. I think he looks more like an architect. LOL
