This is part 1 of my every morning stretching routine. I split up the videos with part 1 being stand up and part 2 being on the ground. This has been posted for my bodybuilding.com profile where I am listed as Tom76. I am not a fitness trainer, I am just showing routines that have helped me achieve losing over 61 lbs of weight within the past 3 and a half years. I appreciate any tips, suggestions or comments.
